I use mixed-methods approaches, studying both qualitative and quantitative data, to understand user’s behaviours, needs and pain points.
ANALYZE
I use machine learning and AI as a trusted assistant to make sense of large amounts of data to expedite my research from planning to synthesis.
EXPERIMENT
I build rapid prototypes using pen & paper, generative AI and Arduino to study user perceptions & behaviour, and facilitate co-creation.
SYNTHESIZE
I create order out of chaos by distilling both qualitative and quantitative data into simple to understand research artefacts.
COMMUNICATE
I simplify complex problem spaces through triangulated and holistic data storytelling to influence product strategy.
